Chairman
Norbert Boissiere co-founded Family Guardian Insurance Company in 1965. A Trinidadian and permanent resident of The Bahamas, he has been a member of the Board since its inception in 1983.

President & Director
Patricia Hermanns was named President of FamGuard Corporation and President and Chief Executive Officer of Family Guardian in 2003. A Bahamian, she has extensive experience in the local financial services sector.

Director
Charlotte Pyfrom is a trustee of the Roscow N. Pyfrom Trust. A Bahamian, she joined the Board in 1999. Miss Pyfrom’s father, the late Roscow N. Pyfrom, was a co-founder of Family Guardian.

Christine Woodman is a director of Data Systems Ltd. A Bahamian, she joined the Board in 2000. Mrs. Woodman’s father, the late A. R. Jack Knowles, was a co-founder of Family Guardian.

Sandra Osborne is an Attorney-at-Law and Chartered Secretary and serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Sagicor Group of Companies, Barbados. A Barbadian, she joined FamGuard's Board in 2005.

Gerald Strachan is Past President of FamGuard and Family Guardian (1989-2002). A Bahamian, he joined the company as a sales agent in its first year of operation, retiring in 2002 and remaining a member of the Board.
